Description A diplomatic note concerning the protest of the Spanish Embassy in regard with the French Consulate in Jerusalem which was sealed to be closed and searched in the absence of the Spanish Consul who was charged with the duty of protecting the rights and benefits of France and. A responsive note about adopting the same manner as a response to French and other enemy states’ infringements in the Ottoman Consulates. 1-6: documents in a foreign language; 7-8: no signature.
