Description Notification related with the issue that, as Mersin, Aleppo, Beirut and Jerusalem are the cities outside the dominion of Islam, no foreigners are allowed to wander there, the officer sent by the American Embassy can not be permitted, and this duty can be conducted by the American consuls in the cities concerned. 1-2: documents in a foreign language; 3: signed by deputy supreme commander.
