In comply with the order by the dispatch of Grand Vizierate that the Jews who come to Palestine from abroad cannot be allowed to settle in these lands under any circumstances, and that even the visitors to the lands are not allowed to stay in the region for more than three months, some American Jews are supposed to leave the Palestine lands and never to return. […] 2, 6-11, 13-14, 16-17, 19-20, 23, 25, 28, 30, 32-39, 42, 43-46, 48: documents in a foreign language; 3-5, 12, 15, 22, 24, 36, 37, 41: no signature; 18: signed by deputy interior minister.
