Description Concerning the necessity for the Russian Consulate in Jerusalem to be searched; as this place is sealed by the Italian Consulate, dispatch by the Deputy of Supreme Military Command to the Ministry for the purpose of ordering the Ottoman Embassy to give the required permission to the Ottoman Consulate. In this concern, a diplomatic note was sent to the Italian Embassy in Istanbul. 1: signed by deputy supreme commander .
