Description It was understood from the inspection that the above-written places are about to collapse and that leaving them at this position poses threat to passersby. In accordance with the 48. article of the Public Buildings Regulation, it is appropriate to issue a warning so as to repair them within four-five days; and if the locales in question are not demolished or repaired at the end of this time limit, to relegate the matter to the municipal police force in order to demolish these places through the mandate of a committee composed of the imam and muhtar of the neighborhood and a member of the municipal police force.
