According to verbal orders issued by the district council about repairing some shops in Dayr al-Sultân, the mentioned shops have been inspected with the knowledge of the municipality’s president and engineer Pascal Effendi; it has become evident that the above mentioned shops need repairs for a sum of 789 piasters to be paid in installments. In order to start with these repairs with the knowledge of one of us Hâj ‘Alî Effendi, Muhammad Effendi al-Qutub and the recommended engineer. The needed money should be paid from the municipality’s treasury, until compensations are paid from the concerning party. This decision was taken on the 4th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)326 (17th of November 1910).
