No Armenians came and settled to Jerusalem from Russia or Iran, Armenian Doctor Ohannes CErrahyan from Batum returned back to Jerusalem with a Russian passport after living foreign states for years, the order regarding the treatment of Armenians coming from Russia for the occasion of Easter (Jerusalem). Signed by İbrahim Bey, the Jerusalem's Mutasarrıf (two-pages telegram).
