Several individuals that have been left out of the lists of permanent government staff by the Jerusalem Reform Committee have petitioned for redress. They accuse the committee of taking unjust decisions, because its membership consists for the most part of new arrivals to the city, unaware of the circumstances of the existing employees. 1: signed by a group of people from Jerusalem; 2: signed by a certain person named Mehmed Selim Nesibi; 3: signed by Harbiye Nazırı adına [illegible]; 4: signed by Sadrazam [illegible]; 5: no signature; 6: signed by a certain person named Feyzullah; 7: signed by Gazze Lur [illegible].
