Description

Oseb, who embarked on an Italian steamer in Iskenderun to go to Jerusalem with his Mother, was reported that he was instead going to Cyprus to the place of btahriratri (?) Dikran. Upon the received reply from the province of Diyarbakır, an Armenian called son of Estapan Tarlanbaspo, from the Lala Quarter of Diyarbakır, departed from Diyarbakır with his mother Enne for Jerusalem, and he does not have a btahriratri in Cyprus, he has a brother-in-law named tinker Dikran and they might also go to his place. 1, 3-4: no signature; 2: signed by Bahri Bey, who was Governor of Adana.
