Description

The demand of inserting the expense of the cavalry platoon of 150 present at the border of Egypt since it was confirmed that some merchants were selling Vinçistır rifles that they were importing from the border on the vicinity of Aris in Jerusalem and sold them to Bedouins, into the budget of year 1315. 1: signed by Mehmed Faik Memduh Paşa, who was grand vizier; 2: no signature.
