Response telegram sent by the Public Safety Directorate to the Jerusalem Governorate that says: "Those who want to leave without changing citizenship are to be allowed to leave, the complaints of Jews are not to be tolerated, the declarations regarding the stamps that were created by their society shall be treated according to the Societies Law, and the Anglo Palestine Bank should be allowed to summon money under government control". Signed by Dahiliye Nazırı Talat.
