The Latins did not accept the repair of windows on the north side of Bethlehem Church, that belong to the Armenians, by the Greeks, and it is not possible to commit the repair to the Latins either, thus the repair work should be done by the state, and the repair costs will be met from a resource to be found at the end of the year. No signature.
