Description

The Fourth Army Command was notified that Şükrü Bey, the Director of the Settlement of Refugees in Aleppo, employed Armenian director, officials, operators in the railroad centers and protecting them. It is undesirable to employ Armenians together in these railroads lines, therefore it is required to employ these Armenians in secondary positions (Jerusalem). 1-4: signed by [illegible]; 5: signed by cemal fourth army commander.
