The translation of three letters in Armenian, came in the name of Heroseyon, the clerk of Jerusalem Armenian Patriarchate, and İzmirliyan, the former Istanbul Armenian Patriarch, and acquire by the Jerusalem director of telegraph postoffice were sent with mail. Signed by Abdülhamit Bey, the Jerusalem's Mutasarrıfı.
