The following needs to be communicated to the Brazilian consulate in Jerusalem: In order for Brazilians who settle in the city to be able to purchase and hold ownership rights (tasarruf) over property, the Brazilian embassy in Paris should first apply and sign a protocol to that effect with the Ottoman embassy in that city. 1: signed by Ali [illegible] the governor of Jerusalem; 2: signed by Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs; 3: no signature.
