Telegram sent by the Public Safety Office to the Jerusalem Governorate that says: "Following the articles in some European newspapers, one thousand six hundred Armenians have been evacuated by the English and sent from Es-Salt to Jerusalem. Information to be sent about these Armenians who were likely moved away.". Signed by Talat Interior Minister.
